As we offer creative media services (not e-commerce or physical goods), our T&C address service-based engagements such as bookings, deliverables, cancellations, and intellectual property. Bookings can be made directly through the website. No login or account is required to engage with our services.

3. Booking, Cancellation and Refund Policy
​

By booking a service with us, you agree to the following:

  • Cancellations require a $50 cancellation fee, no exceptions.

  • If you are unsatisfied with a final product, you are entitled to a free reshoot or a full refund, at our discretion.

  • If a refund is issued, you forfeit all rights to use or distribute the delivered content. Any use of refunded work will be considered a violation of intellectual property law and subject to legal action.

4. International and Regional Services

 

RNB Media operates primarily in Miami and Gainesville, Florida. However, graphic design services are available to clients internationally.

5. User-Generated Content - UGC
​

If you submit content to us — whether through forms, testimonials, or uploads — you agree to the following:

  • You own or have rights to anything you upload.

  • You grant us permission to use any testimonials, reviews, or public feedback for promotional purposes.

  • We are not liable for what users post or upload.

  • We reserve the right to moderate or remove any content that is offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate.​

6. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content we create for clients belongs to the client, with full usage rights. However, by working with us, you grant RNB Media the right to use completed works for promotional purposes, including our website, social media, portfolios, and marketing materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

We’re professionals — but we’re also human. RNB Media is not liable for:

  • Temporary unavailability of the site

  • Delays due to circumstances beyond our control

  • Client misuse or misinterpretation of delivered content

  • Data loss from third-party tools used for delivery or storage

You agree to use our services at your own risk.

8. Dispute Resolution

By using our site or booking our services, you agree that any disputes arising out of or related to RNB Media’s services will be resolved through mediation or binding arbitration in Miami, Florida, rather than in court.
