At RNB Media, client satisfaction is core to what we do — but we also run a professional operation with clear boundaries. This Refund Policy is a legally binding agreement that outlines how and under what conditions refunds, cancellations, and reshoots are handled. It applies to all services booked through our website or directly with our team.

1. Legal Notice

A Refund Policy is meant to establish the legal relationship between RNB Media ("we", "our", or "us") and you, the client. In some jurisdictions, this policy may be required under consumer protection laws. Even when it’s not, it helps avoid confusion, false expectations, and potential legal claims.

2. Refund Eligibility​
​
We offer refunds under the following strict conditions:

If you are not satisfied with the final product (e.g., video, photo set, design), you are entitled to:

A free reshoot (if applicable to the service), or

A full refund, at our discretion

Refunds must be requested within 7 days of receiving your final deliverables. Requests made after that window may be denied.

If a refund is granted:

You lose all rights to use, distribute, or share any portion of the refunded content.

Any use of refunded material is a breach of contract and intellectual property law, and may result in legal action.

3. Cancellations
​
You may cancel your booking for any reason. However:

All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable $50 cancellation fee.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to additional fees to cover lost time and expenses.

4. No Partial Refunds
​
We do not offer partial refunds for services that have already been partially delivered or completed. We will always work with you to revise or improve work before a refund is considered.

5. How to Request a Refund
​

The reason for your dissatisfaction

Whether you’re requesting a reshoot or refund
We will review the request and respond within 5 business days.

6. Exclusions and Limitations
​
The following are not eligible for refund:

Client dissatisfaction based on preferences not clearly communicated prior to production

Loss of access to files due to failure to download or save them

Refunds requested for services not yet rendered but booked more than 30 days out (in these cases, a credit may be issued instead)

7. Jurisdiction
​
Any legal disputes arising from this policy will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Miami, Florida, per our Terms & Conditions.

8. Modifications
​
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted to this page and will take effect immediately.

TL;DR (But Seriously, Read It):
We’ll do everything in our power to make sure you’re happy. If you’re not, we’ll reshoot or refund — but you can’t keep the work. Cancellations cost $50. And if things get legal, we’ll handle it in Miami.
